FAQ

Common questions.

What do I get at the end of an MVP build?

Full source code in a Git repository, a live deployed production environment on your domain, a 60-minute handover call, a deployment runbook, and a 14-day window to report any issues. Everything is yours.

How fixed is the scope?

Completely fixed. We agree on the full feature list in writing before work starts. If you want to add features during the build, we scope those separately. Nothing changes without written agreement from both sides.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. You need to know what problem your product solves and who it is for. We handle everything technical from there — stack decisions, architecture, database design, deployment.

What is the payment structure?

50% on signing to start work, 50% on delivery. The scope is fixed in writing before the first payment. No hourly invoices, no surprises.

What if something breaks after launch?

The 14-day post-launch fix window covers any defect in the agreed scope at no cost. After that, you can move to the Active plan for ongoing support, or handle it yourself — the code is yours.

Do you build mobile apps too?

Most MVPs start as responsive web apps built with Next.js — faster to launch, easier to update, and usable on phones, tablets, and desktops. If your product needs a real iOS or Android app, we can scope that separately after the web version is validated.

What happens after the MVP?

The Production Extension (+$3,000, +4 weeks) adds Stripe payments, an admin dashboard, integrations, polish, and security hardening. MVP + Production = $7,000 AUD over 8 weeks.
